📋 Description

• Design and document telecommunications and structured cabling infrastructure
• Work across the full project lifecycle from concept design through construction administration
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, IT teams, and construction managers
• Produce construction documents, specifications, and coordinated technology infrastructure drawings
• At senior levels: lead design decisions, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and help

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing structured cabling systems (copper and fiber)
• Familiarity with BICSI standards, TIA/EIA cabling standards, and low-voltage code requirements
• Ability to read and produce construction documents (floor plans, riser diagrams, details
• Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD for technology systems documentation
• Understanding of outside plant infrastructure (conduit routing, manholes, fiber optic systems) -
• Experience with DAS design or public safety radio systems (NFPA 72, IFC) - preferred
