IDD Services Senior Director

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic program and fiscal planning initiatives to drive business growth
• Oversee the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs and services
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local business and program regulations, laws, and
• Assure quality of services meet or exceed regulatory and licensing standards through ongoing
• Identify, pursue, and manage expansion of markets and new business opportunities within the service
• Hire, coach, mentor, train, and supervise direct reports while fostering a culture of professional

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, or
• 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience in human services serving I/DD/IDD populations.
• Experience managing HCBS and Medicaid-funded services, including group homes, supported living
• 5+ years of financial management experience, including $20M+ budget oversight, P&L
• Knowledge of ID, DD, IDD, ICF, CIIBS, MR, Medicaid Waivers, and regulatory compliance requirements.
