Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage secure IAM across cloud and on-premises.
• Protect assets through authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
• Align IAM with compliance and security standards, including DoD.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Support SOUTHCOM Enhanced Domain Awareness program.
• Note: Position contingent on contract award.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IAM principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect authentication protocols.
• RBAC, MFA, and identity federation in hybrid environments.
• DoD IL2/IL4/IL5 compliance frameworks and controls.
• Experience integrating IAM with Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, and AWS IAM.
• SECRET DoD clearance required.
