Identity Application Architect

📋 Description

• Lead CIAM/IAM architecture for secure customer, partner, and workforce access.
• Define reference architectures and patterns for identity services (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM).
• Architect identity-enabled apps, APIs, onboarding, MFA, and consent.
• Drive identity data models, directory strategy, roles, and policy design across enterprise platforms.
• Produce diagrams, standards, roadmaps, and governance for security-aligned delivery.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with vendors; stay current on IAM trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in identity and access management or enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity/Software Eng or related field, or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP.
• Experience integrating Okta, Auth0, Azure, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
• Experience designing identity data models, directory strategy, lifecycle management, governance.
• Strong communication skills; able to present to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and secure development practices.
• Experience with security, privacy, and compliance by design.
