Identity Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead identity and privileged security policies across AD, Entra, and IGA.
• Implement identity lifecycle governance (joiners/movers/leavers) using SailPoint.
• Support deployment of a privileged access platform and PAM controls in identity services.
• Engineer improvements to identity security controls, PAM and IAM lifecycle via automation.
• Deliver identity posture monitoring and incident support for containment/remediation.
• Provide identity metrics and dashboards; embed secure-by-design patterns (auth, authorization, RBAC).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT with 5+ years in identity management/security engineering; enterprise AD/Entra.
• Design/govern identity lifecycle and access using IGA platforms; RBAC and reviews.
• Design/govern privileged access management controls.
• IAM principles: zero trust, least privilege, RBAC, reviews, SOD; secure architecture patterns.
• SailPoint experience; automation with PowerShell; familiarity with other identity platforms.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC; familiarity with SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
