🎯 Requirements

• Valid Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement
• Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and hold
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
