iGaming Floor Supervisor Mid-Shift (3:00PM-11:00PM)

📋 Description

• Oversee live streaming casino ops and ensure game integrity.
• Manage Live Dealers and Shufflers with regulatory compliance.
• Address escalations and guest inquiries per chat policy.
• Support Site Manager with daily ops and staffing.
• Monitor studio tech and coordinate resolutions per procedures.
• Conduct performance testing for new and existing online gaming ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must obtain NJ Gaming License and WV Casino Employee Registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory and customer service experience.
• Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards and operate gaming equipment.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
