Supervise Live Dealers and Shufflers in a streaming environment.
Adhere to Gaming Commission regs and Playtech policies.
Correct mistakes promptly per policy and procedures.
Demonstrate mastery of all games; assist with presentation and shuffling.
Ensure studio operations comply with policies and implement new procedures.
Monitor and resolve technical disruptions; test studio and application performance.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma / GED; 21+.
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
At least 1 year of Basic to Intermediate Excel proficiency.
Basic computer skills: MS Office and email.
Excellent customer service and communication for live streaming.
Must obtain PA Gaming License and WV Casino Employee Registration.
