📋 Description

• Create and refine production illustrations for Grab products, across the main asset types used in
• Define and maintain illustration standards so generated and hand-made work stay in the same visual
• Own the end-to-end illustration production workflow: request, generation, review, and delivery into
• Review generated assets against illustration standards and give clear, actionable feedback.
• Take over work that cannot be completed automatically and return a production-ready asset.
• Use production results to improve generation and review guidance, so quality rises over time rather

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio of production illustration: composition, visual storytelling, and a consistent
• Experience shipping illustration for digital products, including multiple asset types and
• Ability to judge brand fit, character, and craft, and to explain those judgments clearly.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted image generation as part of a production process, not only as an
• Experience collaborating with product designers and turning briefs into production-ready assets.
