Assist with collection/distribution of data and documents to/from clinical sites and sponsors.
Provide image collection and customer service support to stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support to peers, sponsor sites, project teams, and central readers.
Ensure customer documents are recorded, filed, and maintained per guidelines.
Carry out image collection activities focusing on data integrity and stakeholder support.

🎯 Requirements

Min 1-year post-secondary certificate or 1-3 yrs experience.
Interest in imaging, clinical trials, and data.
Strong written and verbal communication; customer service.
Independent, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in coordinating data/imaging for clinical research.
May require shifts and on-call support.
