• Assistant Principal role as a school-based administrator and teacher coach
• Observes and provides feedback to teachers

• Typically 7:30am–5:00pm, with occasional meetings/events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least four years of teaching experience with high achievement
• Experience coaching teachers to high student achievement
• Urban Title I/public/charter setting experience preferred
• Florida teaching certification or equivalent
• Background check as required by law
