Immigration Attorney

📋 Description

• Appear in immigration courts (master calendar, bond, EOIR) or at USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters and/or immigration hearings.
• Maintain control of your schedule: choose appearances (city/region).
• Prepare and review case documents; coordinate with the central team.
• Ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes back to the central team.
• Pay Range: $80k-120k USD DOE

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas).
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Able to manage your schedule; communicate with remote team.
• Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
