📋 Description

• Appear in immigration courts (master calendar, bond hearings, EOIR) or USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters and related hearings.
• Manage your schedule: choose appearances within the city/region.
• Prepare and review case documents; coordinate with the central team.
• Timely reporting of hearing outcomes back to the central team.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) with active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas).
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Manage your schedule and communicate with remote team/staff.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year immigration-law experience (court/agency).
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
