📋 Description

• Appear in immigration courts or accompany USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters and hearings.
• Manage your schedule: choose appearances, when and where.
• Prepare and review case documents; coordinate with the central team.
• Provide timely reporting of hearing outcomes to the central team.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., CA, TX).
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings, USCIS interviews and immigration law updates.
• Preferred: 1+ year of immigration-law experience (court/agency).
