📋 Description

• Appear in immigration courts or accompany clients to USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in detention and non-detention matters.
• Manage your schedule: choose appearances within the city/region.
• Prepare and review case documents; coordinate with the central team.
• Report hearing outcomes to the central team.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar license (CA/TX).
• Experience with immigration court or USCIS interviews.
• Self-manage schedule; communicate with remote team.
• Travel within the metro area to courthouses.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year in immigration-law (court/agency).
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with EOIR and USCIS updates.
