Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions
Represent detainees and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings
Manage caseloads and coordinate intake for detained individuals
Prepare diverse immigration applications, including family-based petitions
Review filings, adjust documents, and prepare briefs
Liaise with law enforcement, prosecutors, and community partners on immigration updates

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 to 4 years of Immigration Law Experience
Team player who collaborates with fellow associates
Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
Proven track record moving cases forward and managing caseload
Experience with family-based petitions, EOIR, detained, and other USCIS applications
Experience with case management software preferred
