Immigration Attorney- CP/ Waivers

📋 Description

• Manage CP/Waiver caseload: I-130, I-601A, I-212, K-Visa.
• Prepare clients for consulate interviews.
• Represent clients before USCIS.
• Review immigration applications/packets.
• Lead a paralegal team to meet productivity goals.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for immigration cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years immigration law experience
• A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and collaborating.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Record of moving legal cases forward and ability to manage a caseload
• Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers
• Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
