Immigration Attorney - EOIR

📋 Description

• Report to Managing Attorney; manage caseload; interact with clients.
• Collaborate with Immigration team (attorneys and paralegals).
• Hybrid position with in-person court appearances.

🎯 Requirements

• No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
• Team player; eager to help, strategize, and collaborate.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Proven ability to move cases forward and manage a caseload.
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, or USCIS apps.
• Experience with Case Management Software is preferred.
