Immigration Attorney - EOIR

📋 Description

• Represent clients in removal proceedings (Immigration Court, USCIS, BIA)
• Prepare defensive immigration applications (I-589, 42A, 42B, I-485, SIJS, PD)
• Review USCIS filings (I-130, I-601A, U-Visa)
• Meet clients to determine strategy and provide analysis
• Manage paralegal team to meet client service expectations
• Hybrid role with in-person court appearances

🎯 Requirements

• No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
• Team player open to helping and collaborating with associates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to move cases forward and manage a caseload.
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, USCIS apps.
