Represent individuals in removal proceedings before Immigration Court, USCIS, and BIA.
Prepare defensive immigration applications (I-589, 42A/42B, I-485, SIJS, PD).
Review USCIS filings (I-130, I-601A, U-Visa).
Meet with clients to determine strategy and provide analysis.
Manage paralegal team to meet client service expectations.
Prepare and submit legal briefs for immigration cases.

🎯 Requirements

No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
Team player open to helping, strategizing, and working with associates.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
Proven ability to move legal cases forward and manage a caseload.
Experience with Family-Based Petitions, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and USCIS applications.
