Represent individuals in removal proceedings before Immigration Court, USCIS, and BIA
Prepare defense immigration applications (I-589, 42A, 42B, I-485, SIJS, PD)
Review USCIS filings (I-130, I-601A, U-Visa)
Meet with clients to determine strategy and provide analysis
Manage paralegal team to meet client service expectations
Prepare and submit legal briefs for immigration cases

🎯 Requirements

No experience required; comprehensive training provided
Team player open to helping, strategizing, and collaborating
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
Experience with EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and USCIS applications
Case Management Software experience preferred
