📋 Description

  • Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions
  • Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings
  • Manage workload of cases
  • Visit and conduct intake with detained individuals at centers
  • Prepare diverse immigration applications, incl. family-based petitions
  • Review immigration applications/packets and adjust as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-5 years of Immigration Law experience
  • Team player, helps and strategizes with associates
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
  • Record of moving legal cases forward and managing a caseload
  • Experience with Family-Based Petitions, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, USCIS applications
