Explain immigration concepts and strategic solutions
Represent detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings (Immigration Court & BIA)
Manage U-Visa caseloads and prepare U-Visa and family-based petitions
Conduct intake with detained individuals and meet potential clients for strategic consultations
Review applications and prepare clients/witnesses; submit briefs
Coordinate with law enforcement and community organizations on immigration law changes

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 to 4 years of immigration law experience
Team player open to helping, strategizing, and collaborating with associates
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Proven ability to move cases forward and manage a caseload
Experience with humanitarian applications
Experience with case management software preferred
