🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Immigration Law experience.
• Strong research and analytical skills for complex documents.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Track record moving cases forward and managing a caseload.
• Active Bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Familiarity with immigration law, including family petitions, asylum, and removal defense.
