• Interact with both criminal and immigration practices as needed.
• Attend motion hearings and advise clients on post-hearing strategies.
• Manage court appearances, motions, client interviews, and research.
• Analyze case outcomes using precedents; manage caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Criminal defense experience or immigration law experience.
• Experience handling criminal cases at the state/local level.
• Team player open to helping, strategizing, and working with colleagues.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
