Immigration/Criminal Defense Attorney

📋 Description

• Advise clients on legal rights; draft case documents.
• Manage post-conviction relief cases (vacate, expunge, probation terms).
• Collaborate with Post Conviction Relief Team; interface with criminal/immigration practice.
• Attend motion hearings; advise clients on strategies after hearings.
• Handle open criminal cases (arraignments, pre-trials, pleas, sentencing).
• Manage court appearances, draft motions, interview clients, and perform legal research.

🎯 Requirements

• Criminal Defense or Immigration Law experience.
• Experience handling criminal cases at state/local level.
• A team player open to helping and strategizing with associates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber.
