Own day-to-day and strategic mgmt of immigration counsel and mobility vendors, incl. SLAs.
Lead end-to-end U.S. immigration operations (visa sponsorship, green cards) and global programs.
Partner with counsel and internal teams to align immigration with hiring and workforce planning.
Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to optimize processes and experiences.
Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance, and drive data-driven improvements.
Stay current on regulatory changes and manage budgets.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent in Immigration, Talent Mobility, HR, or related field.
10+ years in Talent Mobility with deep U.S. and global immigration.
Experience managing vendor relationships with SLAs/KPIs and onboarding.
Advanced knowledge of U.S. immigration lifecycle (H-1B/O-1/L-1/TN) and green card processes.
Knowledge of global immigration frameworks and compliance.
Familiarity with HRIS (Workday) and ticketing systems (Salesforce).
