• Cell isolation & culture: isolate, culture, and/or manipulate primary immune cells (e.g., T
• Functional cell assay execution: design, execute, and troubleshoot in vitro and ex vivo cell assays
• Immunophenotyping: perform multi-color flow cytometry experiments to monitor immune cell identity
• Data analysis & communication: analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively to team
• Documentation: keep meticulous records of experiments performed and maintain lab notebook entries.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong cell isolation and culture skills, including primary immune cells and cell lines.
• Experience developing and running advanced cell-based assays with primary cells to assess immune
• Experience in multi-color flow cytometry to immunophenotype human cells (from blood, tissues, or
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Prism (GraphPad), and FlowJo.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
