🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in environmental engineering, sustainability, or climate studies.
• 2–5 years in climate impact metrics, sustainability frameworks, or impact assessment.
• Strong understanding of climate change, mitigation, adaptation, and resilience.
• Experience researching and developing structured frameworks or tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar analytical tools.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of remote work.
