📋 Description

Own Ledgy onboarding end-to-end across all tiers.
Lead Advanced Services expansion and revenue growth.
Build and scale an AI-first onboarding function.
Manage enterprise migrations (10,000+ employees).
Lead a small Implementation team and partner with Sales/CS.
Collaborate with Europe and US teams to scale customers.

🎯 Requirements

Project management experience in enterprise onboarding
Data fluency with large datasets and spreadsheets
Systems implementation across Workday/HRIS/payroll/equity platforms
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Comfortable leading C-suite customer calls
People leadership experience or readiness to lead
