Implementation Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive customer implementations from start to finish, incl data gathering, config, and training.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for new OpenGov deployments.
• Interact with government leaders daily and empower them to become OpenGov advocates.
• Understand customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Become an expert in governmental processes across multiple states.
• Leverage best practices for data environments to improve future implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in software implementation consulting or transferrable external-client experience.
• Experience analyzing large volumes of financial and operational data; government concepts.
• Ability to provide clear phone support and build positive customer relationships.
• Strong skills in patterns, modeling, and design.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; macros/Visual Basic desirable.
• Track record in fast-paced environments with cross-team collaboration.
