Implementation Analyst - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

📋 Description

• Lead mid-market customers through successful implementations
• Own data structuring, data migration and product training
• Lead meetings with client stakeholders
• Deliver formal training to end-users
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Track issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in software implementation, onboarding or application engineering
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• BEng degree or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial space
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTables)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
