📋 Description

• Drive and manage new customer implementations from start to finish.
• Be the primary technical contact for customers deploying OpenGov.

• Become an expert in governmental processes across multiple states.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in software implementation consulting or related
• Experience analyzing large volumes of financial/operational data.
• Clear, effective phone support and customer relationships.
• Strong data pattern conceptualization and design.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, error-checking.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams.
