Implementation Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead mid-market customers through successful implementations
• Own tasks: data structuring, data migration, product training
• Lead client meetings and present effectively
• Deliver formal end-user training
• Track client issues and troubleshoot to resolution
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in software implementation, onboarding or application engineering
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• BEng degree or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial space
• Excel proficiency: data cleanup, validation, PivotTables, and XLOOKUP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
