📋 Description

• Own the implementation lifecycle from handoff to go-live and CS transition.
• Primary contact for customers; manage scope, timelines, risks.
• Lead kickoff meetings, onboarding, and structured training.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Eng, CS.
• Support customers with APIs or ERP integrations.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and track go-live metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in SaaS implementation or onboarding.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Proactive ownership mindset; comfortable in fast-growth startups.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Eng, CS.
• Familiarity with APIs, ERP systems, or technical integrations.
• Fluent English at C1/C2 level.
