Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage customer implementations from contract signature to go-live.
• Review requirements, scope, dependencies, and objectives.
• Lead kick-offs, workshops, status meetings, and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate implementation activities across customers and teams.
• Manage system integrations and configuration workstreams.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Implementation Consultant, Professional Services, Technical Delivery, or similar SaaS role.
• Experience delivering software implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations with CRM/ERP/DMS.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in automotive tech, dealership software, or SaaS is advantageous.
