Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects including data gathering, platform config, and admin training.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying OpenGov.
• Interact with government officials daily to guide implementation.
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with teams to improve workflows.
• Develop expertise in governmental processes across multiple states.
• Collaborate with the engagement and adoption team to train new customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years public sector experience in procurement, budgeting, or finance.
• At least 2 years in software implementation consulting with external clients.
• Strong data analysis skills with large data sets and governmental concepts.
• Proficiency in training customers on software solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, vlookup, pivots) and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
