🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Norwegian
• Experience in Finance, CRM, ERP deployments in consultancy/SME
• Proven SME in product delivery; strong stakeholder management
• Define and maintain end-to-end business processes for software delivery
• Change management mindset; adaptable under pressure; analytical
• Strong verbal/written communication; team player; problem-solving
