Build, Commissioning, and upgrades of NEC Software Solutions bespoke Communication and CAD products
Fault finding of product suite at hardware and software levels.
Create, review and update engineering documentation (workplans, instructions, guides).
Coordinate activities with internal teams and gather information.
Work primarily on customer sites with extensive travel, including overnight stays.
Interact with customers on technical and non-technical levels; adapt communication as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Experienced in troubleshooting and problem solving
Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory / domain architecture
Experience administering Windows 11 and Windows Server up to 2022
Experience deploying Windows and server operating systems
Experience deploying Windows Updates (WSUS)
Know-how of MySQL/MSSQL (backups, queries)
