Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Providing expert technical support on Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions to customers
• Providing maintenance and continuous improvement of products, systems, and services
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, delivering proactive solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Installation and configuration of GIS software
• Receiving and replying to technical support enquiries from customers

🎯 Requirements

• Background in software implementation and relevant work experience
• Experience in technically supporting customers and working across multiple products
• Experience working as part of a technical team, handing off and escalating issues
• Experience working in a Service Desk environment with global customers
• Good knowledge of relational database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle)
• Desirable: Experience with GIS systems and/or data
