• Standardization, efficiency, and adaptability to evolving product
• Embed and maintain evolving blueprint for product delivery
• Embed product specifics and processes for readiness of knowledge
• Attend product reviews to ensure blueprint alignment and required skills
• Provide feedback to product on field data and situations

🎯 Requirements

• German fluency
• Experience with Finance, CRM, ERP deployments in consultancy/SME roles
• Proven SME/point of contact in product delivery
• Define and maintain end-to-end business processes for software delivery
• Process-driven with change management and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills
