Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings throughout onboarding with excellent project and
Guide direct customers and partner organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding
Build custom onboarding plans based on customer needs and service offering
Consult, plan, and assist with rollouts of JumpCloud in existing environments including AD/LDAP

🎯 Requirements

Technical background in identity and access management
Experience with AD/LDAP, O365/G-Suite, and enterprise MDMs
Experience with API integrations (OAUTH/SCIM)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Must be located in and authorized to work in Brazil
