📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Serve as the primary technical contact for deployments
• Guide government staff through the implementation process
• Gather requirements and collaborate to improve workflows
• Develop expertise in governmental processes across states
• Collaborate with engagement and adoption teams to train customers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the public sector in procurement, budgeting, or similar
• At least 2 years in software implementation consulting with external clients
• Strong data analysis skills and understanding of governmental concepts
• Proficiency in training customers on software solutions
• Ability to provide clear phone support and foster positive relationships
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
