Implementation Consultant, Credentialing

📋 Description

• Configure QGenda solution per customer requirements.
• Lead implementation calls and document final configuration.
• Collaborate with TAMs, PMs, CSMs to deliver requirements.
• Maintain project plans and timelines in CSP.
• Escalate if success criteria are jeopardized.
• Ensure go-live readiness and knowledge transfer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1.5 years in a related field.
• Experience or exposure to Provider Credentialing.
• Willing to travel 20-25% for customer meetings.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet.
