Implementation Consultant - Housing

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system modules – particularly Allocations and
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (remote and occasionally on-site) to customers and
• Provide excellent advice and best practice to current customers using NEC Housing.
• Ensure that consultancy and training activities consistently achieve positive customer feedback.
• Create and maintain training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals for customers and
• Collaborate with customers via Teams (including recorded sessions for training purposes) and adapt

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or modules, with strong skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services, achieving positive
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for end
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design
• Ability to manage multiple projects once proficient with our system.
