Implementation Consultant, Project Lead

📋 Description

• Oversees multiple concurrent client projects across K12, corporate and higher education.
• Leads client requirements gathering and translates them into operational plans.
• Determines client’s technical readiness and plans software installation and configuration.
• Designs, deploys, and tests integration solutions between D2L products and external systems (SIS/HR).
• Maintains familiarity with D2L Web Services APIs to help clients develop integrations.
• Develops and manages project schedules and budgets, obtaining approvals/signoffs from client and D2L.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or implementation consulting.
• Professional services/customer service project management or implementation consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with end-to-end lifecycle from business case to implementation.
• Confident with IT, SDLC, systems integration and methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication.
