• Own the end-to-end creation of the Implementation Onboarding Guide, a structured curriculum that
• Act as the Brain for the Implementation team, ensuring internal training materials, SOPs, and
• Join calls and escalations for new joiners during their first 3 months to provide feedback, cement
• Translate internal onboarding success into external Partner Bootcamps, ensuring partners are
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Product Team, translating early-stage product features into
