Implementation Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and deliver enablement programs for onboarding readiness.
• Partner with Implementation leadership to close onboarding gaps.
• Build role-based learning paths for milestones and engagement.
• Create playbooks, guides, and milestone talk tracks.
• Ensure content aligns with product updates and customer needs.
• Support go-live readiness and customer outcomes through enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years in enablement, training within SaaS/tech.
• Experience supporting implementation, onboarding, or customer ops teams.
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and cross-functional collaboration.
