📋 Description

  • Primary technical contact for trialing and existing customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex build-system issues.
  • Help customers optimize EngFlow in their workflows.
  • Partner with Engineering to surface bugs and feedback.
  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
  • Engage with forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in software development, support, SRE, or dev-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (Bazel or Buck).
  • Proficiency in Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
  • Linux/Unix fluency with Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
