Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and drive project plans, identify risks, and course-correct to hit timelines.
• Lead governance with customer stakeholders and manage senior relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Solutions Consulting, CS, Analytics) to align on go-live
• Act as a technical translator for API operations, JavaScript, JSON, and web/database technologies.
• Report on project health and contribute to playbooks and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise projects.
• Proven track record running multiple concurrent projects to on-time completion.
• Excellent organizational skills and delivery-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Working technical fluency with API integrations, JavaScript, JSON, and related technologies.
• Experience in a multinational environment; payments or ecommerce background a plus.
